29/4/2009 ichirowent to the baseball game last weekend. my first US major league baseball game. angels vs. mariners. i didn't know that angels were top 1 in american league. and the two teams play 3 games altogether. anyway, since nami wants to see ichiro, we choose this game. well, only if i have a better camera, or we have more money, maybe we could seat closer...but anyway, i didn't go for ichiro. just to fulfill my experience. major league baseball is a big thing here. and everyone's crazy. yeah...just before i left for the game, i realized that i never own a baseball cap...the first half of the game is kinda boring. angels didn't play well, but later on, it gets really excited. final score is 8:9. angels lost, but the next day, as i checked online, they won by 11:0. i guess it wasn't there best players on saturday. at the end, some extra news about my thesis. XD it's at wrapping up stage, which means a lot of things to do. have to look at the big picture, give conclusion and introduction. the 2 chapters i hate to write. and then i just found out that there are so many data i need. don't even know if i can finish by this week. well, for those busy professors to look at it, i have to finish this week. to give them some time, and not to stress myself out. 18/4/2009 2009-04-18can't think of a name...so just use today's date. went to movie today, first time this quarter and watched 17 again. the trailer looks funny and the movie is funny. talking about a guy going back to 17 years old again. the 34 years old version is played by chatler in friends, i can't really remember his real name. and the 17 years old version is played by a guy who's in high school musical--the one movie that i never get why it's so popular. this movie remind me that i need spend every single minute of my life meaningful and never regret what i've chosen. funny, with great point. several weeks ago, i went to this cherry blossom festival. and while we were there, there's this reporter from some newspaper wants to interview us about this event. it's kind cool, and i asked her to take the picture for us. yepe, it's about japanese culture, and we were in little tokyo at LA downtown. quite impressive. and the first time i realized that japanese stuff could be this cheap. and dear all, i'm graduating this quarter, which means, i have something like 100 pages thesis to write b/f june. yeah, and it also meant, i'll be getting lazier writing this. but i'll try. thanks for all of u who's reading my meaningless blog and supporting me. |
